We use the specialty whitewater rafting company, Wild Blue Yonder out of Grande Cache, Alberta. Guests may choose a float trip on the Smoky River, a half-day trip on the Sulphur River or a full-day trip on the Sulphur River/Sheep Creek combo.
NOTES: Rafting is an extreme sport and as a result, you should take extra care to avoid injury. It is therefore recommended that this activity is completed under the supervision of someone trained in First aid. Ultimately, high water levels (June to mid-July) are the best time for thrilling whitewater rafting. Lower water levels later in the summer mean more technical, less thrilling rides (although the scenery is still stunning!). It is difficult to get a multi-day whitewater rafting trip with Wild Blue Yonder, although we’re always happy to try for our guests. Whitewater rafting can be done at locations all over America, so if you can’t get to the Rocky’s, then there are other places where you can have an amazing time on the water. For example, you may want to look into rafting in Northern California if that’s more logistically convenient for you.https://www.c2cfirstaidaquatics.com/vancouver-first-aid-cpr-training-facility/
